The Biophysics Program is pleased to announce that Dr. Gunjan Agarwal has been appointed as the new co-director of Biophysics! She is a professor in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, where she studies the extracellular matrix using various different microscopy approaches and more generally develops Atomic Force Microscopy as a tool in biomedical applications. She has been a member of our graduate studies committee for a long time and has been very active in graduate education in the College of Engineering.
