Research Interests:

Dr. Dalton�s research focuses on the molecular and preclinical pharmacology of selective androgen receptor modulators (SARMs) and novel drugs for the treatment of cancer. Projects include the studies of the structure and function of the human androgen receptor (AR), molecular modeling and structure-activity relationships for ligand binding to the AR, preclinical and clinical pharmacokinetic studies, and animals models of disease.
